Sevilla – Cadiz, Picks and Tips
Seville is not going through the best of times. After their surprise elimination from the competition they have dominated for the last decade, the UEFA Europa League, the Andalusians have also lost their second place in LaLiga. Julen Lopetegui's boys are currently in third place, level on points with Barcelona and two 'lengths' above Atletico Madrid. In the last five rounds, the Red and Whites have lost to Barcelona (0-1) and Real Madrid (2-3). There was also a draw against Real Sociedad (0-0) and victories against lower ranked Granada (3-2) and Levante (3-2). Success against Valencia came on the weekend away thanks to a double from Jesus Corona and another goal from Jules Kounde.
On the other side, Cadiz is involved in the fight to save themselves from relegation. The Andalusian "yellow-and-blue" are in the last position to stay in the Primera Division. However, they are just one point ahead of another team in the region, Granada. Sergio Gonzalez's side pulled off the big surprise two rounds ago when they beat Barcelona 1-0 at the Camp Nou. However, that was followed by a 3-2 home defeat against Athletic Blibao, after the visitors had led 3-0 at half-time.
