Olympique Marseille made it three wins in a row. Two of them, however, were in the Europa Conference League, where they won both the first leg and the return leg against Basel. It will play the final against Nantes, but there are other important games for Nice until the match on 7 May 2022. In the last round, the team coached by Galtier lost two important points away to Montpellier. It only ended 0-0. That was after Nice had beaten PSG 1-0 at home. The only goal of the match was scored by Delort in the 88th minute. It should also be noted that Nice qualified for the French Cup final after a semi-final against a lower league opponent. They beat Versailles 2-0 at home.
